Michael founded Fraus Technologies after more than 25 years leading work across enterprise technology, operations, risk, customer success and business transformation. He remains directly involved in client strategy, investigations, enforcement, negotiation and representation.
Business, Law & Technology
Michael holds an MBA in Finance, a Master of Legal Studies in Business Law & Compliance from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. That multidisciplinary education informs Fraus’s technical, commercial and compliance-aware approach.
Experience at Scale
Before founding Fraus, Michael led enterprise technology, operations and modernization initiatives within a Fortune 100 organization, with programs affecting tens of thousands of employees and producing millions of dollars in measurable productivity gains. He later managed hundreds of MSP and channel relationships. That scale of responsibility shapes Fraus’s disciplined, commercially grounded execution.
