Terms of Use
Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fraustech.com (the “Site”), operated by Fraus Technologies, Inc. (“Fraus,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Fraus, its capabilities and representative work. Site content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a proposal, guarantee or commitment to provide services.
A client relationship with Fraus is created only through a written agreement signed by Fraus and the client. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
2. Fraus Is Not a Law Firm
Fraus works with an experienced partner law firm that advises Fraus on intellectual property issues, handles formal legal escalation when appropriate and works alongside Fraus on significant IP matters. Legal advice and representation are provided by licensed counsel under a separate engagement. Fraus remains independently owned and operated and retains sole control over its business, investigations, enforcement services and commercial strategy.
Do not submit privileged or highly confidential information through the Site. Communications sent only to Fraus are not necessarily protected by attorney-client privilege.
3. Services and Representative Results
Descriptions of services, capabilities, matters and outcomes are general in nature. The appropriate strategy, available remedies, timing and potential outcome depend on the specific facts, applicable law, platform policies, available evidence and the actions of third parties.
Descriptions of representative matters may be anonymized, generalized, rounded or presented without identifying details to protect confidentiality. Past outcomes do not guarantee or predict results in any other matter.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Fraus grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to access and view the Site in accordance with these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or related accounts;
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security or availability;
- Introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic intended to disrupt the Site;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation;
- Collect information from the Site through unauthorized automated means;
- Use Site content to infringe, exploit or violate the rights of Fraus, its clients or another party; or
- Assist another person in engaging in prohibited conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, photographs, software and other materials—are owned by Fraus or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from Fraus or the applicable rights holder.
“Fraus Technologies,” the Fraus name, its logos and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
7. Information You Submit
When submitting information through the Site, you represent that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You are authorized to provide it;
- Your submission does not knowingly violate another person’s rights or applicable law; and
- You will not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, malicious code or other unnecessarily sensitive information.
You retain any ownership rights you have in submitted materials. You authorize Fraus to receive, store, review and use those materials to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you and perform services you subsequently authorize. Submission does not obligate Fraus to accept or investigate a matter.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Site may reference or link to websites, platforms, applications or services operated by third parties. Fraus does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies or practices. A reference or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Fraus disclaims all express and implied warranties concerning the Site, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
Fraus does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption, error, delay, security incident or harmful component.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraus and its officers, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site.
Fraus is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on general Site content or for the conduct, policies or decisions of third-party platforms, service providers or other parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fraus and its officers, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or information you submit without appropriate authority.
13. Changes and Availability
Fraus may update the Site or these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Fraus may modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Site without notice.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from use of the Site will be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This section does not modify any dispute-resolution provision contained in a separate written agreement with Fraus.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Fraus’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site. They do not replace or modify a separately signed client, services, confidentiality or other written agreement.
17. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms may be submitted through the Fraus Technologies Contact page.
